Fungi are the unsung hero of everything from our microbiome to the creation of forests, whilst being the main contributor for capturing carbon from regenerative agriculture. The fruit (the part that we eat) is a tiny part of a labyrinth of underground networks that make up mycelium.
If you are anything like us you can not resist sautéed garlic mushrooms on a slice of toasted sourdough.
What do we grow?
At the time of writing of this, we do not currently grow any mushrooms but we have plans to innoculate our first mushroom logs this winter. Watch this space!

Capel Mushrooms are an organically certified mushroom farm in Capel St Mary, just outside Ipswich, Suffolk.
They supply both White and Brown Mushrooms
We not only get beautiful mushrooms from them but we use their mushroom compost as part of our no-dig growing system on the farm
